Shipping policy

We ship every day during weekdays (we do not ship during weekends)

Orders received before 10 AM Central Time will be shipped on the same day.  Otherwise, any orders made after 10 AM Central Time will be shipped the next business day.

Almost all our shipping is done through US Postal Service First Class or Priority Service.  On occasions where the shipment is large, we ship via UPS or Fedex, if these services are cheaper than USPS.  Our rates are dependent on the size and weight of the shipment.

We only ship within the USA and Canada and DO NOT offer any International Shipping.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders $100 or more within the USA.

We also offer deliveries within the Florida Panhandle area code 325XX for an additional $10 per order.

Return Policy

If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at info@agift2africa.com.

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened and unused. The product(s) must be in their original packaging and in the same condition it was received.

We do not accept returns for any of our drinks, gift cards, and downloadable products.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 10 days of the date you received your item.

Exchanges

 In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email us within 5 days of receiving your product with a picture of the damaged or defective item so that we can begin processing your request.

 Return Shipping

 After you’ve submitted a return request to info@agift2africa.com, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to your package.

 You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

 Final Sale Items

 If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
